Hey guys!

Summer's here and I'm also back on DA (i was really inactive lately)!

Here's a surprise contest with huge prizes. Hope this make a the group a little active.

:bulletgreen:Theme
All you have to do is to show your emotions, creativity, skill and use your talent to depict what summer means to you or why you like summer. You can use any medium for that. Eg. photography, painting, literature etc.

For example - Take a photograph of a beach, summer flowers or post a picture of you and your friends enjoying summer or paint a beautiful summer landscape or a photograph to depict nostalgic feeling of summer. Or just write a simple poem.
Basically you have a wide range of ideas to explore.

Of Those That Wait She waited in the dark, swallowing acid as her stomach curdled in on itself. She hated. Oh how she hated. She didn't even need anything to hate, she simply did, and in the darkness where she hid herself away she fed on it.  It had not always been like this, at one point there was nothing but emptiness and sky but now there was hatred that rolled deep inside of her, louder than any thunder.

She was thin and haggard, body showing signs of neglect but she didn't care, she cared for nothing except for the hatred that she kept in her stomach and with hungry eyes, she watched. She could have killed anything she wanted, fish in the stream, a bird cOf Those That Wait by ~Adventuri

Of the creeping shadows that come at night
We've seen them crawling along the walls
In the absence of the light...

On the darkest of nights, cold and chill
You can hear them quietly gibbering.

They are here to watch his path unfold
or perhaps to have him damned...

These sick and twisted animals
Bear a stench that is rather foul

I love your site but I have one comment I felt needed to be said. For new members there are no posted rules. Nothing here tells anyone what the group stands for, what it will or won't accept, how many submissions allowed, etc. Sort of leaves any newbie in the dark. Suggest one be made up soonest.
